    Description

    Antique 18th.century German Stag horn Handled Short sword c1720 or earlier.Very sturdy construction.single edge blade with dull edge.no evidence of recent sharpening Handle has 2 slabs of staghorn secured to the tang with brass pins.(one missing)2 silver half spheres are attached on one side of the handle.A 1 1/2" sturdy iron ferrule is present.The  sword is offered as found with no repairs  or restorations  The blade has no markings or other details however has a few old rust spots and great patina.Blade length 10 7/8" Total length 15 3/4" Shipping includes tracking and insurance.
